These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Minimal Platter app (the "app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Minimal Platter lets you log food and activity in plain language and estimates calories and nutrition for your entries. The app is a tool to help you track — it is provided for general informational purposes only.

Not medical advice

Calorie and nutrition values shown in the app are estimates generated by automated models and may be inaccurate. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice. Do not rely on it for decisions affecting your health. Consult a qualified professional for medical or nutritional guidance.

Accounts

Some features require you to sign in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and billing

• Minimal Platter is offered as a paid subscription of $5 per month, with a 3-day free trial for new users.
• The trial converts to a paid recurring monthly subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
• Payments are processed by Google Play and governed by Google's terms. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Google Play account.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, accessing it through unauthorized means, or using it to violate any law.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its branding are owned by Minimal Platter and protected by applicable laws. The entries you create remain yours; you grant us the limited permission needed to process and store them so the app can function.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on calorie or nutrition estimates.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or if we discontinue the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
